About Me
In 1997 I bought my first computer
and since then have not stopped learning about digital art,
web sites, 3-D animation, and photography. I have also loved traditional art
since childhood
and have been formally educated at the high school level in many classical
mediums as well
as attending The University of Wisconsin, Madison in the late eighties (no
degree) as an art
education major. I have additional formal training via the Milwaukee Art Museum
in areas of
perspective rendering, and sculpture. In addition to over 20 years experience
working for the
public and private sector as a commissioned artist my obsession with the digital
imaging world
has joined with my more traditional talents to allow me to work as a professional
freelance
sculptor, museum quality model maker, painter, artist, cameraman, editor,
web designer,
photographer and most recently a lead designer/builder of props and painter
of murals for the
largest prop rental company in the state of Wisconsin.
I am articulate,
punctual, dependable, detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast paced
environment. I also have several years of experience in management where I
have been directly
responsible for labor and production of as many as 25 employees as well as
cost and budget
concerns. I know that my vast and extensive working knowledge of many art
forms and digital
imaging fields would be an invaluable asset to your company. I look forward
to having an
opportunity to discuss with you further how I can become part of your team.
